Challenge


GX2 was approached by the client with a specific challenge in their system: the process of paying for fire insurance. This highly manual operational process posed significant risks to their clients and operations and demanded many work hours from their internal team.

The client faced a process where an employee had to physically visit the insurance company’s headquarters to download invoices for nearly 700 real estate agencies. These invoices were then sent to the marketing team, which manually forwarded them to the agencies.

This process is extremely important, as any error could result in the agencies being blocked by the insurance company, canceling all fire insurance policies and leaving thousands of clients unprotected.
